Each co-op member and family has their story and many of those stories have been marked by painful trauma as well as incredible resilience. Bio-Arcoíris prioritizes transparency and authenticity in relationship, and sometimes relationships can get messy. But there is trust among members because we know each other personally and know we’re in it for the long-haul. We are always learning and are committed to honoring promises to farming communities and global partners alike.

Bio-Arcoíris is more than just a social initiative with coffee as a means to an end. While people and land stewardship are at the core of what we do, specialty coffee is the passion that drives us. The team includes well-respected experts in the field in Bolivia, and the start of the cooperative has opened up considerable doors for the potential for specialty coffee in these regions. We are eager to grow and committed to quality at every step.
